Refund policy

Every effort will be made to ship your order in the shortest possible time, but it's a big world out there, and your package may be travelling further than many people do in a lifetime! However, if circumstances outside of our control conspire to delay or misplace your package somewhere along its journey, the following terms apply:

EMS Countries orders that have not arrived within 45 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

International orders that have not arrived within 60 days of order processing are eligible for refunds or free reshipment.

EMS Countries with Final Destination Tracking: United States, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Israel, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Mexico, Myanmar, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Singapore, Turkey, Ukraine.
